Data Centre and Services

All our servers are located in Tier 3 data centres with redundant power, cooling and network links.  We run multiple geographically redundant services (Melboune, Sydney and USA) and backups to keep things running smoothly.

All services are setup to allow for easy backup and restore in case of problems - full system restores can be made very quickly if required.

SLA

Because of this we can offer 99.9% SLA on our services.  Basically that means if you let me know your services are inaccessible for more than 43 minutes in a month - and I can verify it, that month is free.  No messing around with technicalities, if we can't provide the service you shouldn't have to pay for it.
